Things To Review Prior to Open Enrollment
- What if I am locked out of PEIA online.
- Wait 15 minutes and try again
- Use your 3 security questions
- Do not cut and paste the temporary password
- Contact customer service 877-676-5573
- What benefits do I have?
- If you are not sure what benefits you are currently enrolled in, you may log in to your WV PEIA and Mountaineer Flexible Benefits accounts to view your insurance plan details, such as which plans you are enrolled in, what dependents are covered, and who you have listed as beneficiaries.
- Log in to Manage My Benefits on the WV Public Employees’ Insurance Agency ’s website to view your current PEIA elections (including your current health and life insurance plans and covered dependents).

- Manage My Benefits sill soon be available on iPhone, Android, Chrome and Safari
- Log in to myFBMC.com to view your current Mountaineer Flexible Benefits elections (including Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, etc.).

Important Updates
The Health Plan
- Updates
- Premiums are increasing 14% for plan year 2026
- No benefit changes
- No change to co-payment amounts.
- Spousal surcharge will increase.
- Applies only if spouse has coverage offered through their employer.

- Important: Make sure you update your COB (Coordination of Benefits) through UMR. This can be done by calling UMR at 888-440-7342.
- Deductible & Out of Pocket Maximum Increases
- Deductibles will increase 40%
- Plan C deductible increases $990.00
- Copay Increases
- Inpatient & Outpatient Copays will increase from $100 to $250
- Emergency Room increase from $100 to $200
- Massage Therapies Copay from $10 to $25 & $30 to $35
- Prescription Copays
- Generic will increase from $10 to $20
- Brand Name will increase from $25 to $50
- Life insurance vendor will remain Metlife
- Please check/ update your beneficiary information.
- Dental Plan remains the same
- Vision Plan remains the same
- Legal Plan remains the same
- Hearing Plan remains the same
- FSA contribution limits will increase to $3,300.00
- HSA contribution limit for individual will increase to $4,300.00
- HSA contribution limit for family has increased to $8,550.00
- Employees may now also enroll via MYFBMC.COM website
