      • Item Writer for part two of the Examination of Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP).  The EPPP is the examination used by all licensing boards in the USA and Canada as one requirement for licensure.  The first part of the exam is knowledge based, and the second part which is intended to assess skills needed for the independent practice of psychology.  Psychologists from throughout the US and Canada applied to serve as Item Writers for this exam, and the ASPPB then chose writers that represent a diversity of racial, ethnic, geographic, gender, and practice characteristics.  Item Writers serve as content experts and volunteer their time and expertise to write items throughout the year and to meet with members of their domain twice a year to develop items for this part of the exam. I was invited to be part of the Domain 4 Professionalism group on April 12, 2017.  I attended these meetings in Atlanta, Georgia on the following dates: June 20-23, 2017; October 25-28, 2017; and March 7-11, 2018.
