Complaints about online courses must first go through WLU’s standard procedure for the resolution of student grievances.
WLU students should use this form to report issues with online courses.
If a student is not satisfied with the outcome of the institutional process, a complaint may be brought to the West Virginia SARA portal entity. Resolution of the complaint by the West Virginia SARA portal entity is final.
