NC-SARA Compliance
West Liberty University is authorized to enroll out of state students in online courses and programs in accordance with the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). More than 2,400 institutions voluntarily participate in SARA from the 49 member states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Currently, the state of California does not participate in SARA.
