RFP 25-0003 Website Re-Design and Implementation
West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to re-design and implement a new website for the university to include hosting services.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM, September 18, 2024. Bids should be marked “Sealed Bid #25-0003 and must be delivered via post mail or hand delivery to Room 325 Shaw Hall or

Questions regarding this RFP are due by 3:00 PM on September 2, 2024. Any questions concerning the items listed in the bid document will be answered by the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly and will be accepted by email to patrick.kelly@westliberty.edu or faxed to 304-336-8312. Vendors are not permitted to contact other West Liberty University personnel regarding this bid.
