Invitation to bid construction services
RFB 25-0002 Campbell Hall 4th Floor Phase III Construction West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all supervision, labor, and materials for the construction of their new softball facility.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM Wednesday August 14, 2024.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will occur on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 10:00 AM in 337 Shaw Hall on the campus of West Liberty University.

Technical questions regarding this RFB and it’s specifications are due by 3:00 PM on Friday July 26, 2024 and are to be submitted in writing. Any questions concerning the RFB process or request for bid documents should be directed to the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly at 304-336-8510, and will be accepted by email to Patrick.Kelly@westliberty.edu and fax 304-336-8312. Vendors are not permitted to contact other University personnel.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
