West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish architectural/engineering services for the construction of a softball clubhouse at our existing softball field on the campus of West Liberty University.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

Technical questions regarding this EOI and it’s specifications are due by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 and are to be submitted in writing. Any questions concerning the RFP process or request for bid documents should be directed to the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly at 304-336-8510, and will be accepted by email to Patrick.Kelly@westliberty.edu and fax 304-336-8312. Vendors are not permitted to contact other University personnel.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
