Welcome to the online version of the second workshop in the West Liberty University Robinson Writing Center’s workshop series on resume and cover letter writing. This workshop teaches students three guidelines for improving their work experience descriptions on their resumes. These descriptions should be: 1) Action-Oriented, 2) Results-Driven, and 3) Specific and Concise. Students are encouraged to view the videos and supplementary materials and to make an appointment to work with one of our online consultants to receive one-on-one guidance and feedback.
