This workshop reviews the basic components of a professionally crafted email and introduces students to some strategies for more effectively communicating with their professors and/or prospective employers via email.
Resume 101: Getting to the Top of the Pile
This workshop is designed to provide students with an overview of the basic components of resumes and to introduce them to four visual design principles.
Resume 102: Job Descriptions to Make Your Resume Stand Out
This workshop teaches students three guidelines for improving their work experience descriptions on their resumes. These descriptions should be: 1) Action-Oriented, 2) Results-Driven, and 3) Specific and Concise.
