WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. — West Liberty University’s Paul N. Elbin Library will welcome Assistant Professor of Biology, Dr. Zackary A. Graham, for a special Meet & Greet, presentation, and book signing of his new book, Crayfish, Crawfish, Crawdad: The Biology and Conservation of North America’s Favorite Crustaceans.
The event will take place Wednesday, February 4, from 2–4 p.m. at the Paul N. Elbin Library, 208 University Dr., West Liberty, WV 26074. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear Dr. Graham discuss the biology and conservation of these fascinating crustaceans, participate in a Q&A session, and purchase signed copies of his book. Light refreshments will be provided.
“The library is so pleased to be able to host this event and celebrate the release of Dr. Graham’s book,” said Anna Cipoletti, Electronic Resources Librarian at West Liberty University. “We love to see the scholarly and literary contributions of our community, especially our faculty, and celebrate their achievements. It is my hope that this event is the first of many to spotlight our hardworking, dedicated, and accomplished West Liberty community. A signed copy of Dr. Graham’s Crayfish, Crawfish, Crawdad, will be added to the library’s West Liberty collection for circulation during the event. We encourage everyone to check out Dr. Graham’s book as well as other works by our faculty, alumni, and current students.”
This event is open to all WLU students, faculty, staff, and community members interested in the natural world and the study of North America’s freshwater species.
