
WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. — West Liberty University’s Department of Music and Theater is excited to announce its Spring 2026 music events, featuring a variety of guest recitals, faculty performances, student showcases, and concerts open to the public. Events will take place across campus venues including Elbin Auditorium, Interfaith Chapel, and off-campus locations in Wheeling, W.Va.
“Music is at the heart of our campus and our community,” said Dr. Matthew D. Harder, Professor of Music and Chair of the Department of Music and Theater. “This spring’s lineup highlights the incredible talent of our faculty, students, and guest artists, and we are thrilled to invite everyone to experience these performances firsthand.”

- May Day Music Festival: Ursa Major and other bands – Friday, May 1, WLU Quadrangle (weather permitting)
- Senior Recital: Mason Stoll, voice – Saturday, May 2, 1:00 p.m., Interfaith Chapel
- Honors Recital – Sunday, May 3, 4:00 p.m., Elbin Auditorium
