WEST LIBERTY, W.Va., December 6, 2023 – There is still time to see The West Liberty University Hilltop Players production of THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER. The production will wrap up with two final performances on Thursday, December 7 at 7:30 pm and a sensory friendly performance on Friday, December 8 at 7:30 pm in Kelly Theatre.
Those who attended opening weekend enjoyed the performances. “I liked that it brought out the true meaning of Christmas and loved all of the children that were involved”, says Sandy Meyers.
Pastor Debra Dague from Elm Grove United Methodist Church, adds, “So refreshing and really took you back to the true meaning of what Christmas was all about. Reminds you that with Christmas you should remember that Jesus was born for everyone”
Roman Hicks who plays Bob Bradley is excited to bring the show to the community, “I think that it is great family entertainment, something that anyone could come, see and thoroughly enjoy. I am very happy that we could bring art to people of all sorts of backgrounds.”
Len Batson who plays Helen Armstrong adds, “It was a gratifying experience to get to work with the children. It was really nice to bond with them and create a connection for the performance.”
