WLU celebrated Homecoming with a weekend pack full of events. Alumni filled the campus on Saturday morning to take part in activities that included the parade, tailgating and the homecoming festival with food and games.

The WLU football team defeated Glenville State 47-21 in front of a packed house. At halftime Andre “Moon” Robinson and Nicole DellaVechia, were crowned the 2010 Homecoming King and Queen.

Alumni also enjoyed a post-game party at River City Restaurant in downtown Wheeling, while students attended the traditional Homecoming dance at WesBanco Arena that same evening. Homecoming weekend came to a close with the Lifetime Membership Brunch at The WLU Highlands Center.
