This Fall, Pat Garrett joins the Division of Music at West Liberty as our Music Education specialist. Mr. Garrett comes to us from Wheeling Park High School where, for over 20 years, he served the students and community as their Director of Bands. Overall, Pat has 30 years of K-12 music teaching experience, and all of it has been in the Ohio Valley. At West Liberty, he will be teaching music education methods courses for majors and non-majors, trombone lessons, and supervising student teachers.
