About The Highlands Center:
Conveniently located just steps from the entrance of Marquee Cinemas, the WLU Highlands Center offers more than 30 courses, convenient parking and a safe learning environment making it ideal for:
- First-Time Freshmen
- Current Students
- An employee at the Highlands
- A professional seeking continuing education
- An adult student wishing to begin or complete a degree at West Liberty University
Qualified students may also participate in the following programs that offer courses on an ongoing basis at the Highlands:
- The Master of Arts in Education Degree Program
- The Regents Bachelor of Arts Degree Program (RBA)*
- The Bachelor of Applied Science Degree Program *
- The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Administration (BLA) *
