West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required provide trash collection and recycling services on the campus of West Liberty University.
There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this opportunity.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 9:00 AM (Local), Wednesday, February 18, 2028. Bids should be marked “Sealed Bid #26-0002” and hand delivered to Room 325 Shaw Hall on the campus of West Liberty University

Questions regarding this RFP are due by 3:00 PM on February 6, 2026. Any questions concerning the items listed in the bid document will be answered by the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly and will be accepted by email to patrick.kelly@westliberty.edu or faxed to 304-336-8312. Vendors are not permitted to contact other West Liberty University personnel regarding this bid.
Participating vendors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
