RFP 26-0001 Blatnik Gym Floor Replacement
West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to install a new gym floor surface in the Blatnik Hall building on the campus of West Liberty University
Pre-Bid Conference and Facility Tour: There will be a voluntary pre-bid meeting regarding this project to be held at West Liberty University in the Blatnik Hall gym on August 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM. This will be the only guaranteed availability to see the gym prior to bids being due.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM, August 27, 2025. Bids should be marked “Sealed Bid #26-0001” and must be delivered via post mail or hand delivery to Room 325 Shaw Hall or

Questions regarding this RFP are due by 3:00 PM on August 11, 2025. Any questions concerning the items listed in the bid document will be answered by the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly and will be accepted by email to patrick.kelly@westliberty.edu or faxed to 304-336-8312. Vendors are not permitted to contact other West Liberty University personnel regarding this bid.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
