Invitation to Bid Construction Services

West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to design and build a fire detection system in the Blatnik Hall building on the campus of West Liberty University

Pre-Bid Conference and Facility Tour:  There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting regarding this project to be held at West Liberty University in the Shaw Hall 3rd Floor Business Office Conference Room (337 Shaw) on September 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM.  A facility tour will follow.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM, October 2, 2024.  Bids should be marked “Sealed Bid #25-0006” and must be delivered via post mail or hand delivery to Room 325 Shaw Hall or

Questions regarding this RFP are due by 3:00 PM on September 18, 2024.  Any questions concerning the items listed in the bid document will be answered by the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly and will be accepted by email to patrick.kelly@westliberty.edu or faxed to 304-336-8312.  Vendors are not permitted to contact other West Liberty University personnel regarding this bid.

Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.

Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
