Expression of Interest for Architect of Record
EOI 25-0008 Architect of Record West Liberty University is soliciting expressions of interest for architectural/engineering services to serve as an architect of record for West Liberty University. The selected vendor will act as a subject matter expert in architectural matters, provide concept drawings, conduct feasibility studies and other projects as assigned.
Questions will be accepted until 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 23, 2024
EOI will be accepted until 3:00 PM Wednesday November 11, 2024.

Technical questions regarding this EOI and it’s specifications are due by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 and are to be submitted in writing. Any questions concerning the RFP process or request for bid documents should be directed to the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly at 304-336-8510, and will be accepted by email to Patrick.Kelly@westliberty.edu and fax 304-336-8312. Vendors are not permitted to contact other University personnel.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
