The CAT Club is a student-led organization that provides opportunities for mentorship, community activities, and on-campus events. All students are welcome to join the Club whether they are a CAT major or not. Monthly meetings are scheduled for Club meetings and there is at least one on-campus activity each semester. We are honored to recognize Addison Tabor, Lizzy Simon, and Emma Zaugg as the recipients of this year’s Creative Arts Therapy Leadership Award. These outstanding students were officially recognized during the 2026 WLU Honors Convocation this week. Beyond their academic success, Addison, Lizzy, and Emma have distinguished themselves as dedicated leaders within the CAT Club and through impactful community service-learning projects. Their empathy, professionalism, and commitment to the field exemplify the qualities of future leaders in art therapy and counseling.
