18-credit hours for students with a master’s degree to enhance their knowledge about the use of art to facilitate self-reflection, promote healing, and improve health and wellness. It does NOT provide qualifications as an art therapist. Art Therapy is a regulated mental health field that requires specific education and supervised internships (see https://www.atcb.org/) for details. Courses are taken as they are offered in the graduate Art Therapy and Counseling program.and include the following 3-credit courses:

Admission Requirements for Postgraduate Certificates:
- Completed admissions application.
- Official transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate coursework from a regionally accredited college or university, with a 3.0 GPA.
- 18 credits in studio art with at least a B in each
- 2 letters of recommendation
- Writing sample.
- Personal Statement.
- Art portfolio
- Resume or curriculum vitae.
