Richard P. Saffield, 74, of St. Clairsville, OH died January 27th, 2015. He was born October 8th, 1940 in Bellaire, OH.

Rich graduated from West Liberty State College in 1965, where he excelled in basketball.

He was a teacher and coach from 1966-1970 at Bridgeport High School, from 1974-1978 at Meadowbrook High School, and from 1979 till his retirement in 2010 at Union Local.
