“A Musical Milestone” has been hit by West Liberty graduate, Joyce Jingle. Joyce graduated in 1978 from WL and is now a well known and respected music teacher who has produced 25 musicals. Joyce will be honored for her continued work and dedication to her students, teaching, and production of these musicals. The public is invited to join the celebration May 11, from 6:30-8pm at Tridelphia Middle School’s auditorium.
