Dr. Wagener is a 1975 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Harrisburg Hospital (PA) School of Medical Technology. He received a M.S. degree (1979) and a PhD. degree (1993) in Infectious Diseases and Microbiology from the Graduate School of Public Health, University of Pittsburgh. He has been with West Liberty since 1994.
