Hello, and welcome to West Liberty University’s Highlands Campus. I’m Phillip Carl, Director of this facility, and it’s my pleasure to help you navigate the Highlands Campus. Though this may be your first encounter with this WLU location, we’re no stranger to the area. We have been proudly operating our Highlands Campus since 2009 and are excited about what the future brings.

Historically, this location has served many functions, including master’s-level education classes, summer courses, training events, Community University, and much more. Moving forward, my goal is to keep all the wonderful things that make this location unique while ushering in a new era of opportunity. Our goal is to be more community-oriented and bring extensions of our rich Hilltopper culture to the forefront of the Highlands.

We choose to lead from the front and make every effort to be responsible community partners, educators, and stewards.
