We are seeking sponsors for the 2017 MAD Fest in order to offset rising operational costs and keep the event FREE for high school students and teachers. West Liberty is committed to engaging the community through educational events such as the MAD Fest.

 Sponsorship Levels

• “MEDIA” sponsor – $500 to $999 or in-kind $500 – $999 donation or in-kind purchase of MAD Fest poster and post card printing.

• “ARTS” sponsor – $1000 to $1999 or in-kind $1000 – $1999 donation or in-kind purchase of two iPad Minis to be given to “Best In Show” winners. 
YOUR LOGO WILL APPEAR ON ALL PRINT MATERIALS AND THE MAD FEST WEBSITE (see below).

• “DESIGN” sponsor – $2000 to $2999 or in-kind $2000 – $2999 donation or in-kind purchase of MAD Fest T-Shirts to be handed out to all participants.

• “MAD” sponsor – $3000 and above or in-kind $3000 and above donation or in-kind purchase of Catering/ Food Service for 400 people. 
Your logo will appear on all MAD Fest Print Materials, The Website, and be featured in College Hall and Hall of Fine Arts. ADDITIONALLY, We will play your 30-second video spot during the Ceremony and DURING ALL SUBSEQUENT REBROADCASTS of the ceremony on WLTV (see below).

Print Materials: Posters, Rack Cards, and the MAD Fest Program. Posters and rack cards are sent to over 100 high school teachers starting in November. The MAD Fest Program is given to all attendees: 400-500 students and teachers.

Website: The MAD Fest website is the starting point for all information related to the MAD Fest including the portal for all student submissions.

Featured in College Hall and the Hall of Fine Arts: Your logo will appear on large posters in prominent locations in College Hall (for the ceremony) and in the lobby of the Hall of Fine Arts (seen by hundreds as they move from workshop to workshop).

West Liberty University Television: The MAD Fest is recorded by the students and staff of West Liberty Television Channel 14 and it airs on tape delay starting the week after the Festival. It is put into the regular rotation of Channel 14 and will air periodically until the following Spring.
