Mark Ott
Mark is Director of Broadcast Operations with Broadcast Management Group. At BMG, Mark is responsible for the day to day technical operations of its 11,000 square foot broadcast operations center in Las Vegas, NV.
Mark began his career working on the highly successful Jerry Springer Show, where he produced five episodes per week for several years. Mark has also worked for ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, TNN, and PBS. Mark has worked with clients from all over the world editing everything from commercial and corporate to narrative projects with a wide range of budget levels. His clients included United States Air Force Reserve, Taco Bell, Pepsi, Ford, Microsoft, ABC, MTV, VH-1, and Showtime. He has started and operated a number of successful businesses since 2002: The Ott Group, Las Vegas Legal Video, 702 Productions, and now 808 Post & Production.
Mark’s other interests include electronics and flying. He is an active pilot with commercial, instrument, multi-engine, land, and sea ratings. Mark is also very active as a volunteer Search-and-Rescue Pilot with the Civil Air Patrol and a volunteer pilot for Young Eagles. When not working, you can find him with his family, or hanging out at the airport talking airplanes with friends.

Jacinda Walker
Jacinda Walker is a designer, entrepreneur and instructor from Cleveland, OH with over 20 years of industry experience. She believes that “participation is the key to success.” Her work ranges from designing publications to educational programming and event management. A graduate of Cleveland Heights High School, Ms. Walker continued to earn both her Associates of Applied Business in Commercial Art and Bachelors of Fine Arts in graphic design with minors in drawing and computer imaging from the University of Akron. In August 2016, she obtained her M.F.A. in Design Research & Development with a minor in Nonprofit Studies from The Ohio State University. Her area of focus explored diversity in design disciplines and investigates effective strategies to expose African-American and Latino youth to design-related careers. Jacinda is a strong advocate for young people and proudly mentors several design students on portfolio presentations, professional development and career planning. Ms. Walker’s future goals are to help scale diversity in design education initiatives in corporations, school systems, organizations, and museums for underrepresented youth.
