I, the above student, request the above amount of Topper Dollars be placed on my account from my excess Financial Aid funds. I understand that I must have funds over/above my stated expenses before I am able to do so. I also acknowledge that if my Financial Aid Refund has been processed through the Business Office, that I cannot place said Topper Dollars on my account after the fact.
