Rick retired in 2016 from the North Carolina State Ports Authority where he served as Vice President of Administraion for 15 years. He and his wife, Elaine, are now snowbirds between their beach home in Oak Island , NC and their summer home on Lake Chautauqua NY. Go Toppers!
