Paul Ludwig, a 1990 graduate of West Liberty State College, passed away November 24, 2013. Paul graduated from West Liberty with a Regents Bachelor of Arts Degree. Paul is former employee of the Anthony Wayne Oil Corporation at the Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling. Surviving Paul is is his brother Francis, sister Josetta and many cousins.
