Martin Joseph Lucki III and Tara Szerszen were united in marriage on April 25, 2013. Martin is a 1999 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Martin also is a graduate of Cleveland Marshall College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. He is director of human resources at Constellium Rolled Products Ravenswood.
