Wheeling Police Sgt. John Schultz recently won his second “West Virginia PRO of The Year Award” from the State Division of Justice and Community Services in the past three years.
Schultz is a 1981 graduate of Wheeling Park High School, and an alumnus of the former West Liberty State College. Schultz first won his first “PRO of the year” award in 2014.
