Joan K. Fleahman, a 1985 graduate of West Liberty State College passed away August 13, 2013 in Wheeling. Joan was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. Joan worked for WV Northern Community College as a College 101 instructor and coordinator; she previously worked as an adult GED instructor in Marshall county. Joan was also a Public Relations Asst. for WLU.
