Jennifer Shoulders and Rich Materkoski were married on July 3, 2010 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Warwood, W.Va. Jennifer works as an insurance agent at Cook Steele Insurance Associates and Rich is employed as an English teacher in Martins Ferry.
