Jessica Heidemarie and Scott Allen Leach were united in marriage on Saturday, October 6, 2012 in Wheeling, WV. Jessica was a 2007 graduate of West Liberty State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is currently working in Drs. Richard A Pettit, Heather A. Taylor, and Cynthia L. Schuler’s office.
