Dr. Goudy was born and raised in Wheeling, WV. He acquired a BA degree in secondary education and spent five years performing child protection duties for the state of West Virginia. Having been an athlete all his life with an interest in health and nutrition, he pursued a career in chiropractic. He graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1984.

After visiting North Carolina several times while in school, Dr. Goudy developed a strong desire to practice in NC. He has been providing services to the Triad region at his chiropractic center in High Point for thirty years. He is also certified in acupuncture and treating sports injuries. Dr. Goudy has treated numerous professional athletes and performers including NFL players, golfers, actors, musicians, and a number of professional kick boxers. He has studied martial arts for many years, and when he is not treating patients he enjoys golf, running, working out, music, and community gatherings.

Dr. Goudy has chosen to become part of The Joint Chiropractic Brier Creek clinic because he sincerely believes in the wellness philosophy and the model which enables patients to achieve a chiropractic lifestyle to live a fuller, healthier and pain-free life. Dr. Goudy will be in our Brier Creek clinic on a full-time basis beginning Tuesday, December 8, 2016.
