Dorothy “Sherri” E. (Condor) Morris, 84, Martinsville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at her home in Martinsville, Indiana. She was born Wednesday, Nov. 5, 1930, in Vista 5, Pennsylvania, to the late William and Mary Sedinger. Her prior homes of residency were Windsor Heights, West Virginia, from 1951 to 1974 and Inverness, Florida, from 1980 to 2012. Sherri was a member of the Martinsville America Legion Auxiliary, Inverness Eagles and VFW Auxiliary. She was a 1971 graduate of West Liberty State College and was employed as an Accountant. In addition, Sherri was known for being an avid artist and many of her paintings can be seen in businesses around Inverness. Sherri was known for her joyful and kind personality. She loved her friends and truly enjoyed life. Survivors are her son, Alfred C. Condor of Kingsland, Georgia; and her daughter, Kimberly A. Dwigans of Martinsville, Indiana; siblings, William Sedinger of Girard, Ohio; granddaughter, Azia Dwigans; and three grandsons, Steven Condor, Travis Condor, and Kenneth Dwigans. She was preceded in death by her husband, Col. Wesley D. Morris; and her siblings, Mary, Lillian, Mildred, and Joseph.
