On-Campus Resources

The Center for Arts and Education at West Liberty University is a multi-faceted hands-on learning laboratory and resource center focused on the integration of creativity, literacies and technology.

The Center serves a broad community on campus by offering creative support and assistance, a welcoming staff, a maker space with materials and tools and lending library, activities and events and a print center that supports students in preparing professional quality class assignments, presentation posters and reports. Available resources include a photocopier, large format printer, laminators, and comb binding machines.

Support + Assistance

Creative support and technical assistance is provided to WLU students, faculty and staff. Center Director Lou Karas is supported by a revolving cohort of Graduate Assistants who bring their unique experiences and perspectives to the Centers’ work. This year’s GAs are MJ Hall + Jaqui Peña.
