Connected Classroom Series

The Connected Classroom Series is a professional development program focused on approaches, resources and tools for teaching and learning in K-16+ classrooms. Educators learn new ways to use engaging and relevant methods and technologies through participating in live fifty-minute Zoom sessions and/or viewing previously recorded fifty-minute sessions on Topper Station, West Liberty University’s virtual streaming platform.

Continuing Education Graduate Credits: Educators participating in each of the Connected Classroom Virtual Learning Series have the option of receiving three graduate credits for recertification and pay increment purposes through West Liberty University. Each course requires participation in or viewing six of the Connected Classroom sessions, the completion of six reflection assignments and a final assignment. The fee for each three-credit continuing education graduate course is $180.

To start the registration process for the Connected Classroom continuing education graduate credit option, please go to https://westliberty.edu/graduate-programs/ and click on the apply button. Select Special Non-Degree Graduate Seeking Student and then select Connected Classroom. Both new and returning participants need to complete the graduate application.
