Our program areas include art therapy, business, education, leadership, biology, and health science. Our faculty within these programs are committed to the challenge of nurturing the intellectual growth of students through meaningful scholarship.

This program will conduct practice-based research with a dissertation that you can implement in your current or new career. Throughout this program, you will work on your dissertation from the day you start to the day you graduate.
This program provides education for graduates to pursue professional certifications in art therapy. Certifications include the American Art Therapy Association and state licensure as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in West Virginia and other states.
This program provides graduate students with advanced knowledge and tools to excel in the business world through three unique concentrations and a flexible schedule of 100% online or in-person courses on WLU Main Campus.
This program prepares graduate students for leadership and educational careers in dental hygiene and public health to serve the complex oral health needs of a diverse population.

This program empowers graduate students to serve as productive, creative, and innovative leaders in schools and the community through seven unique areas of leadership and expertise online or through in-person courses.

This program is designed for students who are interested in careers in Exercise Physiology or related fields in which this certification and title are applicable. This is a 38-hour program that spans over two years.

This program provides graduate students with the instruction and training they will need as physician assistants practicing medicine under the supervision of a physician.

This program prepare graduates for the national Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology, in addition to qualifying graduates for state licensure and preparedness for potential higher education.
