On November 5, Ally Sarras of WGLZ sat down with Dr. Catherine Monteroso to discuss academic affairs. Dr. Monteroso has held a variety of positions at the university: college professor, Dean of Education, Interim Provost, Interim President, and the current Provost.

In the discussion, Ally broke it into 2 parts. In the first half of the interview, they talked about Dr. Monteroso’s educational background and the roles she held at West Liberty University. Afterward, they delved into her duties as the Provost and the academic facilities she oversees such as the Student Success Center and the Elbin Library.
