Peyton Marsh was born in Vail, Colorado and has lived in California and Ohio but now resides in Follansbee West Virginia. He went to Indian Creek High School before going to the Jefferson County JVS where he would help run and edit their own school podcast, and he brings what he learned from that experience to WGLZ Radio.

Peyton is a Junior currently majoring in Media Communications. His hobbies include video editing, writing, and playing all sorts of games, both video and tabletop. Peyton hopes to use his talents to go into the video production field, primarily as an editor, either freelance or with a company. He also hopes to use his other skills he has learned through his education and experiences throughout every part of his future career.

Peyton’s favorite types of podcast are the ones he has made with friends, whether he is talking to them as a host or editing it for them as an editor. Outside of his own, he also enjoys conversational podcasts, where the hosts just talk to each other about a multitude of topics that naturally come up. Besides that he mostly enjoys videos more than podcasts whether it be movies and TV shows, or indie projects and homemade videos.

Peyton is currently an Intern at WGLZ working on helping the station with things like graphic design, video production/editing, social media, event planning, and other things to try and help connect the West Liberty community through WGLZ and is excited for future projects that will be reaching the West Liberty campus soon!
