Jason Lipovich

Jason Lipovich is a broadcasting major from Weirton, West Virginia with a strong interest in local news, social media, and telling stories that matter to people everyday. Growing up, Jason was all about telling scary stories that involve a zombie outbreak and a global virus. Now he is pursuing a career as a television news anchor, motivated by the responsibility journalists have to inform the public accurately and fairly.

In a world driven by media where AI can generate content instantly, Jason believes podcasting matters because it preserves something technology cannot replace, and that is a real human voice with a perspective. Podcasting allows real people to speak honestly, share real world experiences, and engage in meaningful conversations. For Jason, being “Passionately Vocal” means using his voice with intention, being present in the moment, and understanding the power words have to shape public trust.

Jason values podcasting as a space for deeper connection, authenticity, and a relatable perspective. It offers the opportunity to slow down the conversation and focus on clarity, accountability, and truth. His goal is to leave listeners feeling informed and engaged while building trust between journalists and the communities they serve.

Listeners are always invited to tune in, engage, and be part of the conversation.
