Mathieu Wright was born and raised in Denver, CO. In 2012, he moved to Moundsville, WV. He attended to John Marshall high school, graduating with the class of 2023. Right after high school, he went to West Liberty University.

Mathieu is currently a freshman and is a broadcasting major.  After graduating, he hopes to work as a camera man or anchor for sports. During his time in high school, he has work with WJMH Media to help with his career path.

Mathieu hobbies include playing video games, hanging with friends, watching TV shows/movies, and outdoor activities. He’s not too picky when it comes to play video games, but his favorite games to play are, Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends, and Team Fortress 2. He loves video games so much; he streams on Twitch when he has free time. His favorite TV shows are The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, and Cobra Kai. His all-time favorite movie is Greater because it reminds him anything can be possible, even if it seems impossible. Since he used to play football and wrestle, He loves helping out with coaches anyway possible. 

Mathieu hopes after working with WGLZ, he hopes not only it builds commutations skills and experience, but to have fun with the tasks that will be given to him.
