WGLZ Contest Rules

The following rules apply to all WGLZ contests and prizes unless otherwise specified by a contest or promotion

• Participants and Winners must be a current West Liberty University student, staff, or faculty
• Participants must complete and sign WGLZ Bracket Contest entry form
• One entry per person
• Any participant found to complete multiple entries will forfeit contest
• One prize per person
• No purchase necessary
• Prizes not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Any prize not claimed with 14 calendar days shall be considered forfeited and will be redistributed
• By entering the contest, all participants hereby grant WGLZ exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with this promotion in any manner WGLZ should choose.
• Winner may be required to present West Liberty University photo ID to claim prize.
• Contest participants and winners waive all claims of liability against WGLZ
• Contestants agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by station management
• In the event of a tie, WGLZ management will determine an appropriate tie breaking resolution
• Leadership/Management staff of WGLZ are not eligible for prize winnings
• Entry form must be clearly legible or will be considered void
• All decisions by WGLZ are final
