Biography

With 33 years of service as a licensed and practicing Speech-Language Pathologist in educational settings, I have dedicated my career to supporting students from preschool through super-senior transition programs. My expertise includes behavior support, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), literacy development, social curriculum and group facilitation, supervision, and leadership. Throughout my career, I have supervised undergraduate and graduate Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) students, mentored new clinicians, provided professional development for colleagues, and collaborated on curriculum development and implementation.

I have presented at both the Ohio School Speech Pathology Educational Audiology Coalition (OSSPEAC) Conference and the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association (OSLHA) Conference. Holding an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and an M.Ed. in Educational Administration, I am passionate about preparing future clinicians for success. My mission is to equip CSD students with the confidence, skills, and professional support needed to thrive as effective speech-language pathologists.
