Biography

Lisa McGee is a Human Resources Representative at West Liberty University, supporting employee onboarding, compliance training, and institutional initiatives across campus. She brings experience in higher education, federal service, and military operations, with expertise in training coordination, safety compliance, risk management, and organizational leadership.
Prior to joining Human Resources, Lisa served with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the United States Air Force, where she led safety programs, managed compliance efforts, and coordinated workforce training initiatives. She holds a Master of Arts in Education from West Liberty University and is OSHA 30 certified.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Lisa serves as Chair of the Veteran Support Council, working to strengthen resources, advocacy, and support for veterans and military-connected students at West Liberty University.
