Biography

Dr. Smith is Assistant Professor of English and the Director of the Robinson Writing Center. She teaches first-year writing as well as upper-level writing and rhetoric courses. Her research on rhetorical historiography, public memory, and rhetorical education has appeared in College English and Rhetoric Society Quarterly. When not on campus, Dr. Smith lives in Wheeling with her cat, Butterscotch.
