Dental Program Application

In order to be considered for admission, you must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA, a C or higher in all prerequisite courses attempted, and be scheduled to complete the prerequisite courses prior to the fall 2026 semester. Prerequisite courses include:
- English 101
- English 102
- Oral Communications (COM 101)
- Psychology (PSYCH 101)
- Sociology (SOC 150)
- Anatomy & Physiology lecture and lab (BIO 204/205)
- Foundations of Chemistry lecture and lab (CHEM 100/101)
- Microbiology lecture and lab (BIO 216)
- Nutrition (BIO 330)
ATTENTION TRANSFER STUDENTS: You are first required to apply and be accepted to West Liberty University to be considered as an applicant for the Dental Hygiene Program.
