On November 30, WGLZ present two checks to the Bellaire American Legion Post 52 and the Bellaire Eagles. Both charities received a check for $1,100. The $2,200 total was raised by WGLZ General Manager Walker Polivka. The money was collected through sponsorships of programming during the 48 hour live broadcast during College Radio Day.<\/p>\n
